If the product to be exchanged is available in our stock, the new product will be sent to you free of charge after the product reaches us and is inspected. If the requested product is not available in our stock, the product price will be refunded to you upon your request or an alternative product option will be offered.

4. Defective or Incorrect Product Shipment

If there is a situation caused by Camelaa, such as a defect in the product you purchased or an incorrect product shipment, the shipping costs will be fully covered by Camelaa. If you encounter such a situation, please contact us immediately; we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In return or exchange requests arising from situations not caused by you, no additional fees will be charged. In all other return and exchange cases (such as not liking the product, size not fitting, etc.), the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.

5. Special Conditions and Exceptions

Due to hygiene and health conditions, returns and exchanges may not be accepted for certain product categories (for example; underwear, socks, earrings, etc.).
